Shipping
Your order will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days of payment being received (Monday to Friday) via our partner, the express and parcel service DHL or the postal service. Our partners generally deliver between 8am and 5pm.
Our delivery area consists of the whole of Switzerland. Goods which have been ordered are delivered to the address the customer provided when they placed the order.
Delivery can be done against signature (personal presence by an acquaintance) or by deposit (no signature is necessary: deposit in front of the door at your own risk). Medropharm AG accepts no responsibility for theft or loss for deliveries done by deposit.
For orders costing less than CHF 350.00, a postage and packaging charge of CHF 13.50 applies for deliveries within Switzerland.
Orders costing more than CHF 350.00 are delivered free of charge within Switzerland.
